●やっぱり自分は日本人（？）だと思う瞬間。
協力会社のある中国人に仕事をさせてその彼女が大きな間違いを犯し、締め切りをオーバーしながら一生懸命時間をかけて修正しています。
その傍らに、こちらからの仕事を完璧にこなすまで習得した別の中国人が一日中その子を一生懸命指導しています。
本来なら、客の立場なので不満足の顔をしてプレッシャーをかければいいのかもしれませんし、その会社の社長に報告し問題を大きく表面化させればいいのかもしれません。
しかし・・・そんな風にできません。
そばについて、応援してあげてしまいます。
一度家に帰って好きなことして、修正後連絡をもらい、チェックしにいけばいいのかもしれません。
しかし・・・そんな風にもできません。
一日中その子を指導しているかたわらの中国人に申し訳ないと思ってしまいます。
こうなんでしょう、自己中心的になれないのでしょうか。それとも、ひとつの目標に向かって頑張っている仲間と思い、彼女のミスは自分のミスだと思って見てしまうのでしょうか。
結局、今、社長の勧めで、一度帰ってきました。会社を後にするときのその彼女の泣きそうな目が可哀想に思ってしまいました。。。
・・・ビジネスとして甘いのかもしれませんね。
中国人には厳しく怒り、ミスを表面化させ、強く反省させることをしなければ、成長しないと言われたこともあります。
しかし、そういう風にできない自分は中国で人に指示を出していく立場にはなれないかもしれません。
しかし、厳しく躾けるのは客の役目ではなくその社長の役目でしょう。ここは一歩引いて、ぎりぎりまで優しく見守って彼女の成長を見届け、完璧に仕事をこなしてくれることを期待しています。
