●毎日頭を抱えて・・・
先週といい今日の週初めといい、なぜか仕事を終えて帰ってくるのが夜中10～12時。仕事が目の回るような忙しさで、夜の10時（日本時間11時）くらいまで日本とやりとしていて、また夜はほぼ毎日のように相手先社長と討論・・・。
定時で仕事を終えるなんて夢のまた夢ですね。責任ある立場にいるとどうしても、こんな遅くなる。
日本の会社の4人くらいといつもやりとりしているのですが、、、日中の猛烈に忙しいそのときに、その中の一人が、突然「やってられないですよねウチの（会社の）システム。私来月でやめますから・・・」なんて言われてしまいました。
一気に力が抜けてしまいましたね。組織の中にこういう雰囲気を盛り下げるような人がいるとほんと困ります。
今、多くの仕事をこちらの会社にさせていますが、かなりTKM自身を観察され見られているんですよね。日本とネット電話で打ち合わせをしていても背後の視線を常に感じます。言葉ひとつひとつが彼らを一喜一憂させていますし、彼らの仕事がすべてTKMから始まりTKMで終わりますから。そうした状況で、先のような雰囲気を盛り下げるようなことは決してできません、たとえ辛くて苦しくて泣きたくても常に元気を出して雰囲気を盛り上げるように頑張っている、、、。まぁその反動が家に帰ってきて大きな疲れややるせなさに返ってくるんだなぁ～。ふぅ～、酒でも呑みたい気分。
・・・・・・明日もやることがいっぱい。がんばろう。
