●初めて見た！労働者のストライキ？
家の前の歩道橋の北側は新しいビルの建設工事をしているのですが、、、昼に食事を終えて帰ってくるときに、その工事現場の入り口が何やら騒々しい、、、
おおきな発砲スチロールの板に、
「○×建築会社私たち民工を返せ！！×○汗金」
と書かれ、二十数人の労働者たちが座り込みをしていました。そして警察の車も近くにとまり、何やらやりあっています。
たぶん、春節を前に、建設会社が地元へ帰らせてくれないことへの反抗なのでは？もしくは、地元までの交通費を請求しようとしているのでは？具体的には定かではありませんが、労働者達の反抗であることは確かなようです。
まだ春節期間ではないので、まだ仕事が休みではないはずなのですが、その工事現場はまったく動いていませんでした。。。
２時間後、再び現場を通りかかったときは、すでに発泡スチロールの板は粉々に、そしてスーツを着た人（おそらく建設会社の人）と５人くらいの労働者が話し合いをしているようでした。その他労働者も地べたに力なく座り込み道行く人たちを眺めていました。
今の北京はこうした出稼ぎ労働者の安い労働力によって経済が回っています。
昨日、テレビでカナダのソフトウェア会社が、中国の会社に一人月数千元で働かせて開発したソフトウェアを世界で数百ドルで販売している！！という話をしていました。まぁ気持ちはわかりますが、同じ中国国内でも状況は変わらないわけです。
過去、帝国主義の時代には、各国が植民地を持ち収奪と押し売りによって経済が潤っていましたが、今の中国も国内に植民地を持っているようなもので、安い労働力と幅広い購買市場があるわけで、その構造は変わってないのではないです。
彼ら出稼ぎ労働者の労働環境が改善され、人間らしい給与体系や生活環境を保障しはじめると、この経済はストップしてしまいます。
貧しいままの人は貧しいままで存在し続けなければならない、今の中国の景気は続きません。
難しい舵取りを中国政府はやっています。
